In 2021, Sarita Wiggins founded Nirvana Living Candle Co, a company committed to crafting premium candles, room and linen sprays, and more, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and safety.
Nirvana Living Candle Co foundation is rooted in the creation of clean-scented products, made with a steadfast commitment to safety and exceptional quality through the art of handcrafting.
Our candles are crafted primarily with soy wax and a small proportion of beeswax added to the candle formula. This allows our candles to be eco-friendly, renewable and a carbon-neutral resource. The fragrance oils used in our products are free from harmful chemicals, such as carcinogens and reproductive toxins.

What type of wax do we use?
We use soy wax with a small amount of beeswax. This combination provides a clean, steady burn and helps your candle hold fragrance beautifully
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every product is hand poured in small batches for quality and consistency
Are your candles safe and non-toxic
Yes! Our candles are made with phthalate-free fragrances, lead-free cotton wicks, and clean burning wax
Are your candles vegan + cruelty-free?
Our fragrances and materials are cruelty-free. Because our wax blend includes beeswax, the candles are not fully vegan
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies by size, but on average
10 oz candles: ~50+ hours
17 oz candles:~70-80 hours
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
~Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
~Let the candle burn until the entire surface melts to prevent tunneling
~Avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time
What should I do if my candle tunnels?
If tunneling happens early, allow a longer burn next time so the wax fully melts to the edges. Most candles self correct with proper care
Why is my flame flickering or soot forming?
This usually means the wick is too long. Extinguish, trim the wick, and relight.

Can I reuse my candle jar?
Yes! Once finished, clean out the remaining wax and repurpose the jar for decor, storage, or plants

Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. During launches and sales, processing may take slightly longer.
